4DSOUND has been steadily present at the renowned electronic music conference and festival in Amsterdam.
The public premiere of the 4DSOUND system took place during ADE in 2012 at Muziekgebouw aan het IJ with a one-day conference for an international delegation of professionals in the field of pro-audio, electronic music and interactive media. In 2014, 4DSOUND hosted the 5-day ADE Sound Academy with masterclasses, workshops and live performances involving a variety of internationally respected artists, creators and thinkers. In 2016, 4DSOUND designed and curated two sound rooms for RedBull Playrooms’ immersive club nights.
Throughout the years, 4DSOUND has presented a range of legendary spatial sound performances at ADE by luminaries such as Vladislav Delay, Frank Bretschneider, Robert Lippok, JG Biberkopf, Peter van Hoesen, Stimming and Max Cooper, among many others.
