CODE Veszprém
CODE – the Center of Digital Experiences – is a museum in Veszprém, Hungary, exploring the intersection of art, science, and technology. At its core are two 4DSOUND-powered spaces: the 400 m² Hexagon, a 360° projection room for large-scale immersive audiovisual works, and the 60 m² Studio, designed for more intimate, interactive experiences, including screenings, installations and educational events. Both invite visitors into a layered world where light, sound and movement merge in perfect harmony.
With around 25 hidden speakers, the 4DSOUND system transforms sound into a spatial, almost physical presence, allowing "it to move and surprise visitors or welcome them warmly". In an interview, Poul Holleman shares how this technology helps create emotionally resonant, multi-sensory experiences.
