Mercer Labs
Mercer Labs, Museum of Art and Technology is an experimental institution located in the heart of New York City.
The MOAT houses a large scale 4DSOUND system equipped with a vibro-acoustic transducer floor. Conceived as a sanctuary for pure sound immersion within a 37,000 ft 15 room multi-sensory art exhibition space created by artist Roy Nachum, in collaboration with 4DSOUND and Monom Studios.
In the 4DSOUND room, sleeping masks are offered and the viewer-turned-listener is invited to recline on the carpet, and dive deep into our latest virtual sonic reality experience.
